At Moroso, we are committed to preserving my Dad’s legacy of building the best
American Made performance products your money can buy, by our heavy
investment in research and development. In 2008 we upgraded our in-house
engine Dyno which allows our Research & Development Department to design
and test components with more precision and reliability than ever. When you
purchase a Moroso Oil Pan you can feel comfortable in knowing that our oil pans
designs have had a workout on the Dyno and have been tested against
competitors products.
Our commitment to development does not stop there. This year alone our
company has added a new Dodge Challenger SRT8 and a Mustang GT to our in
house test fleet. Assuring our customers that the products we offer fit the first
time and are of O.E.M. or better quality. As innovators, we are the first to offer
custom fit, ready-to-ship Roll Cages and Roll Bar Kits for ’08- up Challenger and
’05- up Mustang owners as an option to costly, full-custom installs without
sacrificing safety or quality. These two in-house test cars allow Competition
Engineering to continue to bring to market the best chassis components for the
latest performance models.
In the 2009 catalog you will find that we have introduced over 190 new products
in our already diverse Product Guide. (see New Products, pages 10-31 &
317-323). These products range from industry firsts to refinements of existing
products to keep you ahead of the competition.
Moroso Wire Technologies in Philadelphia, PA continues to evolve and grow.
2008 saw the influx of new machinery and the start of a new production line to
keep up with the increased demand of our ignition wire lines. We take pride in
being one of the select few ignition wire companies that actually manufacture
the wire that we sell.
We are proud to have Moroso products be a part of more trips to Victory Lane
than any other manufacturer. Our Custom Development Department continually
works with NASCAR®, IHRA and NHRA teams as well as the country’s Top
Engine Builders on high performance parts, many eventually becoming part of
our extensive product line. Support of the Sportsman and Professional racer
continues with unparalleled contingency award programs for the use of Moroso
and Competition Engineering products, paying in excess of one million dollars
annually.
